The place has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator etc. Location is great and favourable overall, close enough to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping, the center of the Marais close to several metro stations, and several key tourist attractions. Staffs are attentive.

The rooms are spacious and luxuriously appointed, with stylish materials. The apartment is a great bargain, offering a fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washing machine. The host is responsive and helpful, making the stay convenient and enjoyable.

The apartment had a great rustic charm, with beautiful furnishings and spacious rooms. It made me feel like I was living in a different era. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nice restaurants and interesting shops nearby. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, who were always available to assist with any needs.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The shower thermostat didn't work properly, which made it a bit difficult to control the water temperature.

It was located in the vibrant neighborhood of Marais, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. the host, Tony, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, making it a fantastic alternative to a hotel room. I especially loved the spacious bathroom with a separate shower room. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again in the future. Cons: Liked everything! 😊.

I do want to mention that there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The apartment lacked a microwave oven, and some of the plates and cooking utensils were not clean.

The property owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. The building was secure and in a safe area. The location was excellent, with boutiques and cafes within walking distance. The property was spacious and well-appointed. No elevator, but not suitable for those with difficulty walking.

Despite a few drawbacks like the AC struggling with the heatwave and the darkness in the room, we found the location and value to be exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Paris.
